Preconstruction Planning

Once we've established an investment range you're comfortable with, we move into the details that bring your vision to life.
Depending on your project's needs, this phase may include design development, 3D renderings and visualizations, architectural and engineering coordination, material selections, and collaboration with our trade partners.
Throughout preconstruction, we'll refine the scope, evaluate costs, and develop a comprehensive construction proposal informed by the plans and decisions made along the way.

Preconstruction Planning
With preconstruction complete, we'll present a detailed construction proposal reflecting your project's developed scope, plans, and selections.
You'll have the information needed to confidently review the proposed investment and determine the next steps toward construction.

We'll visit your property to better understand the existing conditions, discuss possibilities, and evaluate the overall scope of work. Based on our experience and initial assessment, we'll provide a preliminary investment range to help you determine whether the project aligns with your budget.
